The Quisalar was a pawn of Twilight's during the Death's Heart Saga. He duped Achaeans into thinking his goal was to fulfil the prophecy of Death's Heart and awaken Thoth from His slumber, while his entire purpose all along was to create a massive weapon to assist Twilight in stealing the God of Death's essence.
