Diaphonous and stately, the richly scribed edict of Vasinateira nonetheless speaks with regal weight, declaring the bearer as unparalleled commander of the tides. Written in the hand of the Queen Regent herself, it allows Water Elemental Lords increased distance when using the Pervasion Tsunami ability by two rooms. Its lesser version is an edict of the Alcazar. Both boons may be purchased at the Elemental Lord Artefact Shop in Delos.
