Lhaya, of the Raven Locks, is the ebony-haired daughter of Miss Miri, the tea mistress. She hails from the forestal village of Eleusis and is the sister of Tiah, of the High Coven (formerly of the Golden Arrow, and of the Golden Hair).
She is especially fond of her mother and the tea shop they operate, Sugar 'n Spice, atop the Eleusian Inn.
