Where the heck did all this come from? --Krypton 04:38, 23 April 2008 (GMT)
- In Achaea's history, 300 AF:
. . . Later, some occultic scholars say that what was heard was the dying of the very Oversoul of the Infernals. For in their haste, obstinacy and arrogance, the lords of the Iron Citadel had committed a kind of suicide, not being aware of the psychic and metaphysical bonds that tie a guild to its genius loci. Without guildhall or teachers, without history even, given the dependence on written records, with no city to even call their own, the Oversoul of the Infernals could not be sustained, and so died, and with it thus died the once proud and strong Guild of the Infernals.
- Yup. If there are Events posts from back then (there must be, no? Or other posts, anyway) I'd imagine they might talk more about it. — Kenner 04:48, 23 April 2008 (GMT)
Then should this page mention that its an occultic concept? --Krypton 04:58, 23 April 2008 (GMT)
- Events post #55, "Dissolution of the Infernals Guild", says nothing about the Oversoul. --Krypton 05:10, 23 April 2008 (GMT)
- The wording doesn't really touch on whether it's a Real Concept (Gods-confirmed, etc.) or just an occultic theory. Still, since the only historical mention of it does have to do with the occult, it seems reasonable to at least put a word in about that. Perhaps Delphinus has looked it up somewhere else, and would know more?
- I'm looking through the histories and don't see anything else in there, either. Whatever it really is, the Oversoul isn't terribly well-researched. . . . — Kenner 05:13, 23 April 2008 (GMT)
- I would definitely include that the conceptual word stems from occult (Occult?) lore. Asara 05:29, 23 April 2008 (GMT)
- So I've linked it to "Occultist" (the class) at the moment. If we find that it is a concept forged by the Occultist Guild, linking to the Occultists House may be an appropriate course of action. --Krypton 05:34, 23 April 2008 (GMT)
