The Watcher resides in the octagonal Camera Obscura of Clockwork Isle, hidden behind a large bolt of canvas and surrounded by mirrors and lenses. Five feet tall, it hunches, toad-like, on powerful hind legs, watching everything with a single, unblinking eye located on its massive face.
