Kelan Muk'tre was the leader of the Morningcloaks branch of the Jaguars crime ring. He was also known by the alias "Ferret," as an inside joke among his peers, though he preferred the simple moniker "F."
In the year 363, Shallamese citizens raided the Morningcloaks hideout just outside their city and killed Kelan Muk'tre.
