The spectres of the Shadow Court are shackled phantoms that appeared during the events of the Sundering. Following Hashan's victory in The Underworld Rebellion in support of the Ur'Vampires Tizane and Zigana, Hashan gained the ability to shackle the vicious spectres that plagued their lands into guards to serve the city. The spectres are chained by black iron collars which originate from the Underworld.
