Kortoxian

Dr Kortoxian is a wandering doctor seen travelling to various cities and towns of Sapience where he lurks often in city squares or crossroads. He reaches many towns in a day and some say that he has a pattern to his travels. Gifted in the knowledge of science and the shamanic arts of Vodun and Curses, he is now most notorious for manufacturing a synthetic form of Gleam.
