Cornelius von Storung, commonly known as the Unknown Artist, is a sculptor in the Ashtani district known as the Descent. The occultist Servelan de Vermiis found and brought him in, and he remains, to this day, the resident artist in the upper level of Ashtan's de Vermiis Art Gallery.
