The '''Jade Icon''' was once an artefact within the keeping of the [[Obeah Ecstasia]], created by their goddess Herself.  Carved into the image of a veiled woman, the icon held four spirits imprisoned within it; [[Erinyes]] the nightmare of guilt, [[Cur]] the nightmare of fear, [[Dibbuk]] the nightmare of maddness; and [[Alp]] the nightmare siren of truth.  The four nightmares had been placed there by the goddess [[Valnurana]] to protect mortals from their untrained power. The icon itself was eventually destroyed to free the spirits in the [[Jade Icon Saga]].
