The bulbous observant hag's eye (short name: hagseye) is a grisly Tsol'teth-themed sighting orb. Much like a prismatic lantern artefact, this eye will allow its wielder to see who sent a portal and to what room it leads. In addition, it will see all visible adventurers on the other side of said portal.
