Sybil, formerly the dog lady of the city of Hashan. She took in strays and fed them, unable to bear the thought of her canine friends sleeping in the cold streets.
As part of Hashan's quest to provide a treatment for mange, the city built a more robust facility for the care of the strays - The Starforged Hounds Rescue. Seneschal Ita Danai named Sybil the Director of this facility in recognition of her diligent efforts to care for the dogs.
