'''Ralshev's Bay''' is the shoal- and reef-encrusted bay near the ruins of [[Seleucar]] in which a dozen merchant ships full of [[Shallam]]ese Lancers, including the ''[[Luminescent Moon]]'' and the ''[[Magenta Spray]]'', docked prior to the last, decisive battle of the [[Wars of Succession]]. The area is named after [[Ralshev]], a commander who led Seleucar's forces during the [[War of the Deeps]].
