Inspired by the Pazuzuan Age of Woe, a bound vow of vengeance is a talisman which both acknowledges its owner's vow to slay someone and conveys a significant health bonus upon completion. The target must be visibly on the same continent as the vower and death must be the next one accomplished within ten minutes of the promise.
