Ashen-skinned Nacleur, Keeper of the Waters is precisely what she sounds like, an aged guardian of the rare waters hidden within the Vault of the Earth plane. Evidently aged beyond measure, her amber eyes are clear and she brooks no interference in of her water-watching duties.
