Following the end of the Third Black Wave, Nissa (the Head Archivist of the Lucretian Athenaeum) announced the Worlds' Fair, which opened around 10 Phaestian 804. Delegations for each city-state were chosen and showcased their skills and talents. The following was written by Nissa in Public 20478:
The Worlds' Fair is a culmination of these efforts: a smorgasboard of identities, races, factions, and organisations thrown together into what I guarantee will be a melting pot event of culture, entertainment, history, and - for those with a material leaning - shopping!
Location
The Fair was held in a cordoned area in the northwestern section of the Sangre Plains, with carts and shop wares set up in a multitude of tents and rooms, containing clothing, food, and other items. Many items had special city-specific or House-specific designs, allowing all Achaeans to witness the cultures of groups other than their own.
Notable appearances
Bataoac made an appearance during the Fair as well, trekking from the tundra in the North, through Kamleikan, Aran'riod, the Northreach Forest, the Dardanic Plains, and finally through the Granite Hills before trampling all but a handful of the rooms and tents of the festival.
The Fair ran for just under a year, culminating in a most unexpected way: the return of Lady Lorielan and Lord Twilight to hold Their own debate over the matter of the Jade Empress' punishment for the actions of the Triumvirate. The judges for that particular Divine debate were Nissa, Han-Tolneth, and Sycaerunax. Each judge abstained from selecting a Winner and the Divine then departed.
