Xerthyst

The rare mineral xerthyst is a fragile red stone. It is occasionally derived from carbon and iron lodes, though rarely it may be found in any vein of ore. Consuming the mineral bestows increased health regeneration for a day, up to ten percent recovery every five seconds.

Xerthyst is named for its discoverer, Xer Savril.
