The secluded valley of''' Kuthalebak''' is found in the shadow of the mountain from which it takes its name, nestled on the plane of [[Bjarndyr]]. An enclave of [[Vertani]], make their home in its rolling slopes, making a life for themselves off of the land.  Exploration of the peaks surrounding the settlement is fraught with danger, home as they are to predators and prey alike. Recent efforts to expand the catacombs beneath the temple have uncovered a fungus-infested network of tunnels deep under the mountains.

==Flora and Fauna==
There are multiple species of native Vertan creatures that have been brought to the valley, including the powerful, zebra-striped moirahs, the scaled, lizard-like xabats, and the massive gours. The only noticably absent Vertan creature is the winged kalyuga.
 
The flora appears to be native to Sapience, rather than imported from Vertan and includes goldenseal wildflowers, lady's slipper plants, bayberry trees, and hawthorn bushes.
