'''Lake Muurn''' is a rocky lake that borders the southern edge of [[Cyrene]], formed from a valley in the [[Vashnars|Vashar Mountains]]. It is connected to the [[Muurn River Valley]] by way of a series of violently surging caverns inhabited by the monstrosity [[Khulhedra]]. At the southern end of the lake sits an island with a lighthouse, the basement of which is inhabited by dumpy, bulbous [[scrags]]. For a time, visitors to the lake could make acquaintances with the ghostly [[Bairn Muurn]], the Crimson Numen, but she has since returned to the depths of her watery domain.
