Cephisoditus

Cephisoditus, the Dekarch, is a gruff triton that can be normally found inside the Coliseum in Lothos. His face set in a perpetual frown, he is characterized by his contempt of landwalkers. A big man, Cephisoditus could be easily seen on a battlefield amongst his triton compatriots.
