Raise your voices!
Shout your praises unto Shallam!
I will tell you all of Her wonder,
for Shallam is much more than a name!
Behind Her gates of iron and gold,
In this city upon a hill,
Dwells an unrelenting a spirit,
Not a myriad of legions could kill!
From Her walls emerge a powerful Light
A beacon amongst a stormy sea,
To guide the peoples of Sapience,
To set the oppressed free!
Against Darkness She will always stand,
Defending the realms through day and night.
Both with fists of might,
And with grace's redeeming hand!
Praised be the City of Light!
Hail to your Merchants!
Your Priests!
Your Knights!
Praised be the Viziers, to the young Acolytes!
Long live Shallam!
