Family clans are a way to recognise a family's place in the realm of Achaea without requiring a trip to the Bloodline Registry in Delos. These clans offer options not included with either regular or high clans, which include allowing members to take on a pre-configured family name as their suffix and a way to recognise founders of the family line.
