An advertisement, also called an ad, is a marketing tool adventurers use to list the sale of or intention to buy a wide range of goods or services. Adventurers may have up to ten advertisements at any one time for the fee of 100 gold sovereigns per ad. Advertisements are visible to everyone and only serve to facilitate communication between the seller and prospective buyers. Ads have nothing to do with the actual transaction of trading goods and services for payment.
