Rotha

Rotha, a young merchant hails from the southern shores of Ka'doloki. A laid-back beach dweller, she was kicked out of her home by her parents in order to make a living. She now resides within the Artists' Collective Tradepost, and has a particularly difficult time adjusting to the cold weather.
