The Wheel of the Seasons is one of three Divine symbols of the Goddess Melantha, the other two being the Wreath of the Seasons and the cauldron. It is physically represented by the lower level of the Temple of the Seasons.
Entry into the wheel is hidden within the main temple area and, once within the wheel, the means of exit are also something one must discover.
