Housing credits are the basis for creating a personal home.
There are three types of 'credits' used for housing:
Housing credits can be purchased or sold in the Delosian Property Office.
Housing created outside of a subdivision (including those few rooms allowed on ships) costs twice as much as in the subdivision, and thus requires twice the number of housing credits per room or door.
A half-room is the value recovered for destroying a room. It is not usable by itself, but can be traded for its value of 25 credits or combined with another half room to create a usable room credit.
Room credits are also used to purchase housing upgrades which enhance a room's functionality in various aspects.
