Eastern Tritonic Empires

The term Eastern Tritonic Empires is an unofficial reference to the collection of tritonic city-states living in the Eusian Ocean. Only one of these, Lothos, has been discovered by adventurers thus far, although many more are known to those with oceanic interest.
