The tundra island of Ilyrean lies in the far reaches of the Borean Ocean | |||
off the northern edge of the continent of Northern Sapience. Fearing the | |||
destruction of their kind, a group of enormous, furred, sentient creatures | |||
known as Sakuwats hide in the depths of their icy caverns. While non- | |||
aggressive, these formidable beings show extreme strength to any of those | |||
who would harm their community. The caverns are surrounded by a frigid, | |||
bleak tundra, with a few shady interlopers lurking in the snowy depths. | |||
