Edit needed because I am not convinced he is actually a wandering denizen. He is not loyal to Caer Witrin (where I spotted him/keep spotting him), and Caer Witrin is a town of the arts anyways, so as a teller of Bardic stories, maybe he does indeed make his permanent home here. --Krypton 21:38, 28 September 2007 (GMT)
