:Founder and first guildmaster weren't necessarily synonymous in the early years, since the guildmaster system came into place a bit after Achaea was established. I'd explain it by saying that the founders were the ones who codified and modernised the ancient laws for the Modern Age , whereas the first guildmasters were the first ones elected democratically for expressly administrative faculties. Also, Servelan wasn't born before time was counted; she was a regular adventurer with a regular date of birth. It was changed to "before time was counted" when Servelan was made into a Balance of Power character, perhaps to solidify their statuses as "legends."
