Other classes may obtained the ability to shoot a bow by buying either the Ranger, Lupine, or Velocity artefact bows, but no other abilities will be gained via this purchase.
Often, adventurers with archery related abilities opt to purchase a Dragonskin Quiver from the only artefact shop not found in Delos, Gemstone Vials of Moghedu, or they will order a magi create deadly meteor arrows.
