Scrag (Chaos Lord)

Scrag, tender of the bloodleech pool, is a Chaos Lord who can be found upon the Chaos Plane before a fountain of blood. He oversees the bloodleeches that serve occultists in the skill domination, and this is quite evident by the stench that surrounds him. He is a strange-looking dwarf with a leering grin and an over-protectiveness of his pets.
