No matter what their intelligence, when afflicted with stupidity an adventurer will act in a most unbecoming manner, often flipping the bird or mooning in the presence of anyone unlucky enough to be standing in their location. Caused by several things, from the hookah in Bopalopia to venom aconite, this ailment is cured by ingesting a bit of goldenseal root.
