Astara, the Oracle of the Moon, assists those wishing to learn more about the Divine Order of Ourania, Goddess of the Moon. A serpent-like figure with coils of writhing snakes for hair, Astara wears a silky black veil that covers everything about her visage aside from her black, pupil-less eyes.
During the events of the Eternal Night, she also told fortunes for adventurers by having them pick stones from a pouch. The fortune depended on the stones that were picked.
