The Shakira Effect is named after the unfortunate Occultist who attempted to use her individual karma and transmogrify during the time Chaos was tainted. Rather than achieving her goal, she was reduced to a bestial state characterised by incredible strength, horrid appearance, and drastic decay in intelligence and personality. It is speculated that the crypt beast resulted from the Shakira Effect.
