Language tutors are denizens who tutor racial languages for adventurer. While it is required to learn a racial language from a tutor to speak it, any racial language may be understood through several abilities including the enchantment called Necklace of Comprehension.
Language lessons and the correct fee in sovereigns are all that are required to learn new racial languages.
