Arakh, Grellek, Firefox, Calla, Caleth, and Catlynne, along with other citizens, were responsible for its initial design and layout.
Housed within the Dome are three distinct areas devoted to Lady Valnurana, Lady Ourania, and Lord Twilight, who served as Hashan's patrons at the time of its construction. The Disc of the Nocturne, which was first used by Lord Twilight on the 18th of Valnuary, 315 A.F. to reveal the planets Noxtra, Lunastra, and Somnustra, can also be found within the Dome.
