The Phylactery of Sixth Sense is a rare artefact which was put up for auction and sold in 594AF, 721AF, 761AF, 783AF, 805AF, 814AF, 856AF, and 920AF. Imbued with mind amplifying psychic power, the phylactery grants its owner use of the mindnet ability.
