Arrow of Ethian

The fabled arrow of Ethian, named for the Sarapin comet, is a rare artefact which was put up for auction and sold in 520 AF. It behaves, in effect, like a meteor arrow which returns to its owner after reaching its target. It was won by the adventurer Sindri.
