Lord Milabar A. Si'Talvace is an established errant knight amongst the Guild of Knights, hailing originally from the Order of Lady Mithraea, Goddess of the Sun. He has championed many titles, among them being: Lion of Arkios, Knight of Sol, and Solar Preacher.

- He was ranked as Vox Solis of Lady Mithraea's Order.
- Between 840AF to 866AF, Milabar was elected as part of the Triad of Thorns within the Scions of the Ithmia.
- In the year 950 after the fall of the Seleucarian Empire, the citizens of Cyrene entrusted Milabar with the position of Senator, electing him to serve as their representative up until 980AF.
