Waybread is a baked specialty of the Tsol'aa of the Aalen Forest. It has a shelf life of nearly 30 months and is thus noted for its durability, though its taste is often described as bland and lacking.
A few cakes resembling waybread were found among a hidden stash, later attributed to the Morningcloaks branch of the Jaguars crime ring, in a tunnel below a Shallamese townhouse.
