Vanna, a spotless baker, is a Tsol'aa who assists the pastry chef Reinhold in his shop in Shallam. For an extra fee, she will personalise cakes with pictures, phrases, or names requested by the customer.

A piece of creamy chocolate cake - 50gp
A large helping, this cake is created by three moist, chocolate-flavoured layers. Chocolate icing is housed between them, rich, creamy, and brimming with smooth, cocoa flavour. The dark coat of frosting on the top is slathered on thickly and casually swirled, while white florets of vanilla add a contrasting look and flavour to the decadent dessert.

This square portion of cake is pale in delicate shades of white. Vanilla frosting has been swept across its top as a smooth, creamy swath, then sprinkled with shreds of coconut for a sweet and exotic flavour. Similar icing hides within the moist, off-white layers, their tropical taste furthered by small chunks of mango and papaya within.

This rectangular piece of cake is an amply-sized affair of sugar and cream. Fluffy, yellow cake of a mild, vanilla flavour makes thick layers that sandwich smooth, creamy frosting of a matching taste between them. White icing covers the top and side, decorated with small pieces of candy that look like tiny pearls.

The petite dessert that sits here is a hand-sized portion of cake filled with both frosting and a thick ice cream. Layers of white cake, only mildly flavoured, provide a contrast in texture to the sweet, smooth icing and cold mint ice cream. Its light green colour and refreshing flavour are matched in the frosted flowers that decorate the otherwise white exterior of the dessert.
A large slice of strawberry-frosted cake - 50gp
Pink is the predominant shade of this tall piece of cake. Strawberry-flavoured icing has been veritably slathered upon it in a thick layer adorned with swirls and peaks. Vanilla cake marbled with berry streaks hides within, and a thick layer of the fresh fruit and sugary syrup offers a natural taste of sweet and tart. White piping decorates the edges and top of the pink cake, dabbed on in delicate rosettes.
A slice of creamy carrot cake - 60gp
Sweet, creamy icing of an off-white hue covers this confection, a layer of crushed walnuts pressed into its side. The layers of cake are a rich, orange-brown colour that tastes mildly sweet but nutty, made of carrots and ginger, then sweetened to perfection. Raisins add their sweet and unique taste to the mix, and a small carrot sits atop the large slicing, whimsically crafted of green and orange icing.
