The Tournament of Blades was an annual festival in Ashtan during the time of the Seleucarian Empire. Featuring mock battles, skill competitions and jousting, the height of the tournament came with the individual duels. It was in this competition that Catarin deSangre defeated Lord Odysseus Rani and won the support of the city preceding the second War of Succession.
