Theoren

Theoren is the local executioner in Mhaldor. Dressed only in leather pants and a set of boots, he waits at the entrance of the Red Square of the city where Mhaldorians are taken to be executed either as penance or prior to leaving the city. He has a stern, slightly impatient personality.
