I don't know much about landmarking. I only knew about the garden because of the herb ban on Mhaldor due to the garden of rapture incident. However, I wanted to add this link to the old maldaathi site here that explains how evil people can landmark. It may help with updating the landmarking links somewhat, but it doesn't explain details on the method of influencing the landmarks towards devotion or what the landmarks looked like.
