Released by the magnitude of explosions presaging the retaking of Cyrene from a Tsolteth occupying force in the year 800 AF, its icy spring erupts from a native aquifier before coursing down the ruins of a flooded eastern street and joining the Muurn.
The river's spirit is also named Shuun.
