Carved from a thick band of semi-translucent obsidian, the ring of Noxtra is ice cold to the touch. Gracefully scripted runes flare with a mesmerising brilliance atop the surface of this artefact ring, and shifting shadow undulates about points of dazzling light. The night-hued ring is named for the destroyed planetoid Noxtra. It amplifies the effectiveness of a mana elixir by one tenth, allowing its bearer to regain more mana with each sip of said concoction. It is the least powerful of the triumvirate of rings with this power.
