Locked within the ring is a power that amplifies the effectiveness of a mana elixir, allowing its bearer to regain more mana with each sip of said concoction.
The least powerful of a triumvirate of rings with this power, the ring of Noxtra is sold by Merentesh at his shop in Delos. Two rings of Noxtra, along with two rings each of the Somnustra and Lunastra varieties, were gifted to some adventurers during the War of the Underworld before becoming available to the entire public for purchase.
