The Raphaelan Highway is a major road that stretches from Delos to the waters of the Peshwar Delta. It runs parallel to the southern Zaphar River, following the river's course through the Putoran Hills. The Raphaelan intersects with the Targa Road, the road to Shastaan, and the gates of Lodi.

It is named after Raphael I, the pre-modern archprelate under whom it was built. In the past, it was one of the highways connecting the ancient city of Shallam to the rest of the continent.
