Maklak

Maklak, the Ice Wizard, is found far north in the frozen Tundra, near the unnamed Tundra village. Residing in a tower of ice, Maklak is always trying to devise new ways to cover the world in the ice he so loves and with the help of his apprentices has created golems and shards of ice to help protect his tower. He considers himself the most powerful wizard, and is a known member of the mysterious Conclave, along with the wizard Hycanthus, the Swamp Witch Haag, O'ising, the shaman of Aran'riod, and Yudhishthira, the terrible red dragon of Polyargos.
